What does the permanent license include?
Permanent use of local attendance, the student and staff roster, the ID template editor, printing, and school station functions on the licensed installation. Online parent access has a separate monthly subscription.
Can several computers register students?
Authorized staff can use the school workspace from computers connected to the host through your school network. The school host maintains the shared roster; an active internet connection is not required for local registration.
Can the gate display run separately?
Yes. The scan display opens separately from the operator’s workspace. A gate station can capture scans while the school office works on registration, records, or ID templates.
What happens when a connection drops?
The school can continue keeping attendance locally. A disconnected gate station keeps captured records and retries its connection to the school host. Parents see new online records after the school reconnects and the active parent service receives them.
